She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Clark Gay (Cathy) of Overland Park, KS, Sam, Joey, Jake, Dorsey Paul (Troy) of Overland Park, KS, Mitchell, Elizabeth, Duncan, Allison Montalto (Tony) of Glen Ellyn, IL, Nicolas and Mia; her stepson John Gay of Dallas, TX.; her brother Bill Clark of Sweetwater, TX; and her daughters, Eve Patterson (Chris) and Sarah Clark.
