She is survived by: her sister Courtney; her parents, Jeffra Lee and Scott Makie; her grandparents, Jack Barnes of Morrill, KS and Jenifer Moser of Georgia; her brother Andrew; her niece Violet; her former husband Kahlin Koch; and her close friend Danny Grier. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles.
