She was predeceased by: her parents, John Massey and Alice "Hildreth" Grove Massey; her daughter Alice Roberta Peterson; her brothers, Robert Massey, Cleo Dean Massey and Gary Massey; her great grandchildren, Matthew Kalbach and Trevor Lane; and her son-in-law Barry Carswell.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Carswell of Topeka, KS, Colette Grahem (Cecil) of Meriden, KS, Danny Erdman (Stacey) of Meriden, KS and Erica Sands (Mike) of Ozawkie, KS; her stepdaughters, Willa and Jana; her siblings, Anna Mae Robidou of Dwight, KS and Gale Massey (Joyce) of Aurora, CO; and her sister-in-law Margot Massey of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great- grandchildren, and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (303 Main St, Alta Vista, KS 66834).
