It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Ward of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan Ward to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his children, Dennis and Amy Abernathy; and his grandson Jake. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Julie Ward; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Ward (Amanda), Shane Ward (Ashley), Stefanie Weiland (Jeramiah), Malissa Cole (Stephen), Hannah Abernathy, Tyler Abernathy (Haley), Bailey Mize (Brooks) and Reno Groggins. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
