She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emerson Stamps and Evelyn Stamps (Peer); her daughters, Jeanette Simmons and Angela Woods; her grandchildren, Joshua L. Carter, Kylesse M. Simmons, Imani J. Simmons, Caletta G. Harris and Aarey L. Harris; and her siblings, Estella Owens, Emerson Stamps, Jr. (Alda), Stephanie Hudspeth (Richard), Anita Stamps and Toni Stamps. She was also cherished by ses many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
