She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wiley and Marie Wiley (Ryan); and her husband Robert Gene Mills. She is survived by: her sons, Marshall Mills of Moundsview, MN, Walter Mills and Russell Mills of Grapeview, WA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Stanwood Friends Church.
