It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Leroy Fields of Tonganoxie, Kansas, born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel Millon and Bessie Fields (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Florence Somers; and his sons, Richard Holmburg of China Springs, TX, Virgil Fields Jr. of Meriden, MS, Russell Fields of Kiethville, LA and Clint Justin Fields of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
