He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harcar and Ramona Harcar (Kreier); and his brothers, Frederick and Matthew Harcar. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Atchison; his daughters, Mechelle Harcar of Shawnee, Angela Dick (Dustin) of Topeka and Tracy Harcar of Tonganoxie; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Dick, Seth Rafols and Lydia Rafols.
