He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Norris and Locke Norris (Lane); his spouse Vernita Norris (Carter); his siblings, Lamon, Boyd Norris, Alene Rush and Alamola Morgan; and his granddaughter Michelle Conroy.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary P. Conroy; his sisters, Barbara Green and Lynda Norris; his grandchildren, Tammy Bartels (Robert) and Robert Conroy (Theresa); and his great grandchildren, Alex Supple (Lee), Patricia Conroy (Dorian Barnes), William Bartels, Bobby Conroy and Mikey Conroy.
