In the sacred silence of farewell, Ray is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ray's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kellogg and Elizabeth Kellogg (Price); and his sister Mary Elaine Grant. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Kellogg; his sons, Rick Kellogg (Kim) of Parkville, MO and Andy Kellogg (Christina) of Shawnee, KS; and his sister Gerri Grinnell of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1100 West St, Tonganoxie, KS 66086). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in Ray's name to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Tonganoxie; or the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
