He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thomas and Martha Mullinix (Clark); his sister Paula; and his brother-in-law Ralph Leatherwood. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia of Tonganoxie, KS; his children, Karen E. Mullinix of Oswego, IL, Patricia M. Shires (Bobby), Tongangoxie and Ralph D. Mullinix (Angela) of Dunnellon, FL; his grandchildren, Alexis (Adam Schroeder), Bobby (Elaine Shires), Brittany (Heath Wilson), Jared (Jeana Mullinix), Maximilian (Danielle Minder) and Cecil Minder; and his great grandchild Weston L. Shires.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Prescott United Methodist Church, Shriners Hospital for Children, Tunnel to Towers, or the Tonganoxie United Methodist Church.
