She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Basel and Freida Basel (Harris); and her daughters, Dianna Yates and Teresa Glardon. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Usher; her daughters, Pamela Purkett of Chestnut Ridge, MO and Shana Roberts; and her stepchildren, Charles Usher of Dallas, TX and Bridget Smeltzer of Gladstone, MO. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quisenberry Funeral Home (604 E 4th St, Tonganoxie, KS 66086). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
