He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Monahan and Anne M. Gaulding (Jackson); and his stepfather Dillon Gaulding. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Monahan; his children, Patrick, Daniel Monahan, Bonnie and Molly Monahan; his brothers, Mike, Dennis and Paul Monahan; and his grandchildren, Ezra Monahan and Jacelyn Wilhoit.
