He was predeceased by: his parent Gayle Kaighin (Swendson). He is survived by: his father James Kaighin; his children, Jacob Kaighin, Zach Kaighin (Chelsea), Jesse Kaighin (Brittany) of Lansing, KS and Emma Wentz-Hall (Connor) of Basehor, KS; and his sister Amy Hoffsett (Troy). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
