With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Francis Lee Sterba of Tonganoxie, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sterba and Rose Sterba (Spurney). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Raquel Sterba) of Scottsdale, AZ and Michael (Cindy Sterba) of Tonganoxie, KS; his sister Barbara Newcomb of Carrollton, MO; his grandchildren, Haley, Payton, Brittni, Chancelor (Addison) and Maizlyn; and his great grandchildren, Tadion, Priest and Oaklyn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Quisenberry Funeral Home (604 E 4th St, Tonganoxie, KS 66086). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to Flashbacks, his favorite place in Tonganoxie for biscuits and gravy.
