It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Lee Edmonds of Tonganoxie, Kansas, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Riley Edmonds and Rosa Edmonds (Black); his children, Gregory Edmonds (Melissa) of Basehor, KS, Pamela Thorpe (Jeff) of Harvard, IL and Deborah Tanking (Gery); and his siblings, Frank of Huntington, WV, Donald, Steven, Sharon Kay Edmonds of Apple Grove, WV, Carolyn Sue Cobb, Marlene McCarty and Robin Richardson. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
