He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett L. Bailey and Frances Wilson Bailey; his brothers, Bud Bailey and Eldon Bailey; and his nephew Evan Bailey.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Wiehe; his children, Brian Bailey, Sherri Wiehe, Stacey Wiehe and Renea Roth (Kevin); his grandchildren, Casey Bailey, Keera Bailey, Addisyn Wiehe, Emilee Roth and Jeremey Roth; and his great grandchild Caydence Roth.
