She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert Lobb and Edith Lobb (Jones); her husband George Emmett Coulter; her siblings, Delberta Johnston and Tommy Lobb; her children, John Coulter (Rhonda) of McLouth, KS, Christine Coulter of Tonganoxie, KS and Dawn Gilbert (John) of Pomona, KS; her grandchildren, Billy Baska, Liz May (Nolan), Olivia Petitt (Tyler) and Eli Coulter; and her great grandchildren, Archer, Axel May and Hudson Petitt.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Good Shepherd Thrift Shop and Food Bank.
