It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Leon Pelzl of Tonganoxie, Kansas, born in Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin A. Pelzl and Rose Kay Pelzl (Weber); and his son Donald A. Pelzl. He is survived by: his wife Jeanene Pelzl (Wright); his daughter Elizabeth Tiner; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one niece.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in his name to Childrens Mercy Hospital.
