He is survived by: his parents, Ryan Keltner and Jennifer Keltner of Tonganoxie, KS; his sister Audrey Keltner of Tonganoxie, KS.; his grandparents, Victor, Lynn McEachron of Tonganoxie, KS. and Kathy German of Kansas City, KS.; his great-grandparent Delpha Scott of Kansas City, KS.; his uncle Marc; his aunt Amanda McEachron; his cousins, Mackenzie and Blake McEachron of Kansas City, KS.; his uncle Dan; his aunt Tammy Hays of Kansas City, KS.; and his cousins, Dylan Hays of Kansas City, MO and Dalton Hays of Kansas City, KS..
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to The Cole Keltner Memorial Fund at First State Bank and Trust or through the funeral home. A portion of the donations will be given in Cole's honor to Interfaith Community of Hope in Leavenworth, KS.
