It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles W. Haines of Tonganoxie, Kansas, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Haines and Bessie Elizabeth Haines; his wife Wilma Mae Haines (Jackson); and his siblings, Bernice, Sadie, Claire, Ruth, Waltena, Myrtle, Elizabeth and Walter.

He is survived by: his children, Charles H. Haines, Steven W. Haines, Bryan D. Haines, Charlene A. Haines of Lawrence, KS, Wilma Dian Haines of Lawrence, KS and Viola Marie Stevens of Lawrence, KS. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial donations in his name to Legends Healthcare, Tonganoxie; or the Monterey Village Senior Living, Lawrence, KS.
