She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Zayden Ross. She is survived by: her parents, Preston Horn and Maxine Horn (Johnson); and her children, Galen Graves of Overland Park, KS, Jodi Schad of Basehor, KS, Darci Cantrell (Lance) and Tonganoxie. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
