She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Matthew Edmonds and Pearl Edmonds (Stuckey); her husband Everett Smith; her children, Phyllis Loy, Chandel and Ronald Smith (Marian); her grandchildren, Sheri, Jennifer, Gregory and Jeremy; her daughter Patricia Ebelke (David); her granddaughters, Amy and Rachel; her son Jeffery Smith (Joyce); her grandchildren, Sammi and Lexi; her son Douglas Smith (Kay); her grandchildren, Allee and Mac; her daughter Jeannie Vonderbrink (John); and her grandchildren, Jordan and Alexander. She was also cherished by 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandsons.
