It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth D. Holmes of Tipton, Kansas, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth D. Holmes to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Evert and Bessie Gertrude Holmes (Stafford); his wife Marcella Lucille Sterba; and his daughter Kathryn Francis. He is survived by: his children, Marcella Tomooka, Kenneth Holmes (Lorraine), Patricia Veach (Bob), Marilyn Ohnsat (Frank), James Holmes (Cindy), John Holmes and Loretta Wehrs (Terry). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Resident Care Center.
