He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Pahls and Margaret Pahls (Ketter) of Tipton; and his siblings, Marian Pestinger, Margie Schmeidler, Mary Beth Gerard, Edward, Adolph Jr. and Wilfred.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Lonnie Pahls of Tipton, Lora Barker (Rod) of Tipton, Linda Weisel (Richard) of Tipton and Loren Pahls (Laura) of Tipton; his grandchildren, Chase Barker (Kenda), Delaney Ziegelmeier (Jay), Reganne Barrett (Grant), Kaden Barker (Kylia), Casey Weisel, Emma, Clara and Montana Griffiths; his great grandchildren, Brinlee, Kash, Lillee Barker and Myla Barrett; his brother Walter Pahls; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Pahls of Salina.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (308 Gambrinus, Tipton, KS 67485). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Tipton Memorial Trust, Tipton Catholic High School, or Tipton Community School.
