It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Louise Wheeler (Thayer, Kansas), born in Saint Paul, Kansas, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Rehmert and Esther Rehmert (Hubin); her siblings, Cleva Chambers, Linda Haviland and Larry "Pete" Rehmert; her grandsons, Jeremy and Jeffrey Wheeler; and her great grandchild Dillon Peters.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Wheeler; and her children, Jeff Wheeler (Karen) of Chanute, Kansas, Sharene White (Kyle) of Oxford, Kansas and Greg Wheeler (Kim) of Paola, Kansas..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thayer Christian Church (8495 Dorn Rd, Thayer, KS 66776). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Thayer Christian Church Daycare or Fields of Faith -Carlie Almond and can be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
