She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Samuel Sr. and Viola Delight Sumner (Chambers); her husband John Clinton Howard; her siblings, Orin, Howard, Nita, Rufus Jr., Lois, Aletha, Gene, Faye and Ray; her daughter-in-law Susan Howard; and her great grandchild Anthony Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Howard (Brenda), Tonya Greer of Chanute, KS, Annette Thomas (Richard) of Fredonia, KS and Warren Howard (Anna Gindlesberger) of Thayer, KS. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials have been suggested to Hidden Haven Christian Camp or the Alzheimer's Association and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
