She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wayne and Jean O'Neal (Kenworthy). She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra O'Neal (Ed Brinkmeyer), Leona Moeller of Atlantic and Linda Smith (Dan Couch) of Iowa; and her close friend Suzy Vining. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephew, cousins, aunts and uncles.
