He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Perry (Bink) and Sylvia Perry (Reinking); his brother Dick; and his sister-in-law Barb. He is survived by: his siblings, Lila Berkley of Salina and Dennis Perry of Mentor; his sister-in-law Doris Perry of Salina; his nieces, Lila Jean Alexander of Houston, TX and Heather Perry of Mentor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Orion and Olivia; his nephew John Perry of Tescott; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Richae, Cole, Zach, Katie and Johnna.
