It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Ann Ward of Tecumseh, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Patricia Shortall Jr. (McKinney); her sister Lisa; and her brother-in-law B. B. Andersen. She is survived by: her father-in-law Mark Ward; her children, Mark Ward II (Heather), Ryann and Paige Jones (Philip); her grandchildren, Kai and Lawson; her brother John Shortall II (Amy); her nieces and nephews, Taylor and Sam Shortall; her sister Jan Andersen; her nephew Alex Coquoz (Yann); her sister-in-law Ellen Pereira (Gene); her nephew Mark Pereira (Bridget); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tess and Jake; her nephew Kevin Pereira (Cary); her great-niece Ella; her great-nephew Joe; her cousin Jeff Gutting; and her pet Whistler. She is also survived by grandchildren and her girl friends.
