He is survived by: his mother Jeanette of Lenexa; his siblings, Kaitlyn of Lenexa and Mark of Lenexa; and his grandparents, David and Belinda Kuntz of Lenexa. He is also survived by Extended family included numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
