He was predeceased by: his son Allyn Pepper; his parents, Donald Pepper and Vera Pepper; and his brother Weyland Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Pepper; his siblings, Donna Lou Elder of Leoti, Kansas and Clifford Pepper of Liberal Kansas; his daughter-in-law Karen Pepper of Yukon, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kiel Pepper (Liberty) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Kendra Houston (Prescott) of Geary, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Riggins Earl Houston and Emma Elizabeth Pepper.
