He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hess and Wilma Hess of Syracuse, Kansas.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Acre Hess; his siblings, Alan Hess (Eugena) and LeAnne Hess; his daughters, Andrea Wood, BriAnne Chayer (Monty), Regina Dempewolf (Wayne) and Kristi Green; and his grandchildren, Jake, Payton, Alyson, Rex, Lindsey, Jared, Rylea, Conor, Shaye, Christopher, Jarin, Taylor, Katelyn and Seth Glenn.
