We bid farewell to William Guenter of Sublette, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 28, 2025 at the age of 58. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Guenter and Justina Guenter (Peters). He is survived by: his wife Anna Harms; his children, Sara Gallegos of Sublette, Susie Koehn (Aaron) of Sublette, Corny Guenter (Samara) of Manitoba and Vicky Thiessen (Pancho) of Seminole, Texas; and his siblings, Jake of Seminole, John of Ontario, David of Alberta, Canada, Justina of Cuauhtémoc, Mexico. and Eva of Cuauhtémoc, Mexico.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three bonus grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Old Colony Church (8406 D D Rd, Montezuma, KS 67867). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Old Colony Mennonite Cemetery (8406 D D Rd, Montezuma, KS 67867).
