He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Doral and Elsie Katherine Mosttler (Land); his wife Nancy Gaye Ewoldt; his sons, Blane and Brad Heady; his grandson Lancy Heady; and his siblings, Twila Mosttler, Sue Hafner, Alvin, Leon and Richard Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Domonique Mosttler (Kassie) of Sublette, Brenda Mosttler (Kenny) of Sublette and Blake Heady (Marcie) of Kalvesta; his siblings, Kay Stamper (Chris) of Richmond, Wanda Piland (Bob) of Monett, Janet Olsen of Atlanta, Kansas, John Mosttler (Neva) of Sublette and Kenny Mosttler (Brenda) of Sublette; and his sister-in-law Glenda Woods of Sublette. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
