She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorral Vashti (Gilchrist) and Vern Homer Kells; her husband Curley Hoffman; her great grandchild Vance Justin Hoffman; and her sister Beulah Lucas.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Hoffman (Rhonda) and Roderick Hoffman (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Randy Jay, Roger, Shawna, Rob, Shanna, Rick, Cherie, Ryan, Rejeana and Heather; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brekken, Erik, Jasmine, Braycin, Jayson, Branson, Bruston and Gentry; and her aunt Leona Kells.
