She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wachs and Mary Margaret "Marge" Wachs (Baker); her brother-in-law Perry Hitchings; and her grandsons, J. T. Coates and Colton Koch.
She is survived by: her husband Chris Hammer of Sublette; her children, Michelle Hammer (John Whitehead) of Overbrook, Robert Hammer (Lauren) of Albany and Casey Hammer (Shawntelle) of Sublette; her grandchildren, Katie Koch, Kristen Clark, Kalven, Kayla, Alex, Robert, Jr., Mary Song Hammer, Raeghan and Samuil Hammer; her siblings, Calvin Wachs (Rainie) of Albuquerque and Cindy Irwin of Clayton; and her sisters-in-law, LaVonne Hale (Henry) of Satanta and Kim Hitchings of Texhoma, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
