He is survived by: his mother Barbara E. Phoenix (Faurot) of Sublette, KS; his brother Matt Phoenix of Borger, TX; his friend Dottie Westphall of Sublette, KS; his aunts, Pam Faurot of Wichita Falls, TX, Shirley Phoenix of Sublette and Marsha Collins (Kenneth) of Tahlequah, OK; and his uncle Larry (Terry Phoenix).
