He is survived by: his wife Viola Oxford; his children, George Edwin Murphy (Sharon) of Amarillo, TX and Clara Russom (Jim) of Sublette, KS; his grandchildren, Gary Murphy (Joanna) of Sublette, KS, James Murphy of Oakley, CA, Jennifer Love (Shawn) of Winfield, KS and Chris Russom (Denise) of Sublette, KS; his great grandchildren, Damon Simmons (Hope) of Hugoton, KS, Dante Simmons (Emmie) of Wichita, KS, Brandon Love (Maddie Thayer) of Winfield, KS, Haley Murphy of Oakley, CA, Sara Murphy of Sublette, KS and Destiny Russom of Sublette, KS; his great great grandchildren, Aldrick, Fitz Simmons and Koa Love; and his niece Mary Alice Clymer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
