He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Estelle Reed Sinclair; and his former wife Natalie Knoefler. He is survived by: his son Ronald Sinclair (Deborah) of Wichita; his stepchildren, Charles Reed (Paula) of Monument, Colo and Sandy Ingle; his grandchildren, Megan Osmundsen of Prairie Village and Scott Sinclair of Austin, Tex.; and his stepgrandchildren, Cory Falke of Parsons, Alex Reed of Washington, D. C., April Falke of Oklahoma City, OK, Julia Valdez of Saratoga, Calif and Kim Campbell of Monument, Colo.. He is also survived by four great-granddaughters, and eight great-grandsons.
