He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Collins and Hazel Collins (Ramsey); and his brother Paul Collins. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Diana Frimmel (Trenton), Jessica Trevino (Oscar) and John Collins; his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Oscar, Osias Trevino, Deagan, Olivia and Knox Collins; and his sisters, Verna Buttel, Hazel Snyder and Wanda Hager.
