He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence G. Yohon and Margaret Yohon (Reedy); his brother John David Yohon; and his grandson Flint P. Menzie. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Butcher; his children, Jody Yohon (Cathi Jo) of Wichita Falls, TX, Debbie Menzie (Pat) of Iola, Kristen Maier (Josh) of Iola and Jarrett Yohon (Tera) of Stockton; his siblings, Judith "Judy" Diver (Elmer) of Coffeyville, KS, Joseph "Joe" Lawrence Yohon of Newton, KS and Mary "Eileen" Franke of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Taeler Carr (Joe), Chance Menzie, Karsyn Norman (Brooke), Wade Yohon (Guirnalda), Tierra, Shae and Lily Yohon; his great grandchildren, Andersyn and Ainsley Carr; and his pets, Gunner and Rudy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home (723 N 1st St, Stockton, KS 67669). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery N. Cypress (722 Main St, Stockton, KS 67669).
