We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024, at the age of 89, Shirlee Lou Muir (Stockton, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Hazen and Fauna Hazen (Harwood); her husband Erle; and her son-in-law Dick Evans. She is survived by: her children, Royce Muir (Becky), Verl Muir (Ruthie), Cindy Evans (Tim Browder), Susan Thoman (Axel) and Sharon Russ; her grandchildren, Kelly Muir (Anna), Andy Muir (Amber), Whitney Fuller (Shaun), Bryant Muir (Danielle), Sam Thoman (Paige), Ben Thoman (Jenny), Alex Evans (Emily), Taylor Ghumm (David) and Cody Russ (Madi); her brother Lewis; her sister-in-law Janice Muir; her niece Stephanie Muir; her nephew Daniel Muir (Allison); her great-nephews, Dylan and Isaac; and her friend Via Christi.

They had a Saturday night group that would go out together until COVID hit.

Memorials are encouraged to the Stockton Church of Restoration and Rooks County Free Fair and may be sent to Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home, 723 N. 1st St, Stockton, KS 67669.
