He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Williams and Quetona Williams (Bird); and his sister Rhonda Kollman (Gary). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Atwill; his daughters, Brandy Williams of Denver, CO and Jessica Pinkerton (Steven II) of Kansas City, MO; his brothers, Richard Williams (Barbara) of Stockton and Ronald Williams (Jonita) of Stockton; and his grandchildren, Steven III and Olivia Pinkerton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
