She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Irene Koppes (Griebel) and Albert John Koppes. She is survived by: her sister Gertrude (Koppes); her children, Vernon Koppes, Nick Koppes, Philisene and Gertrude Bigge (Koppes); her husband Carl E. Probasco; her children, George Probasco (Carole), Hays, Barbara Williams (Richard) and Stockton; her grandchildren, Jill Waltemath (Rick), Jennifer Bull (Michael), Ryan Williams, Hays and Amy Reif (Patrick); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Reinbold (Christian), Nathan Waltemath and Jordan Bull. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A survivor of two pandemics (Spanish Flu and Covid-19), Philisene kept a journal and took many photos documenting her travels and experiences.
