He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Paul and Dorothy Ellen Balthazor (Warren); and his brother Patrick Balthazor. He is survived by: his wife Karla Smith-Tripe; his children, Jeffry Tripe (Jennifer) of Basehor, KS, Darrick Tripe (Trisha) of Topeka, KS, Layn Balthazor (Sara) of Stockton, Shayn Balthazor (Erin) of Stockton, Adam Balthazor (Jamie) of Stockton, Germaine Balthazor of Shawnee, KS and Michelle Butts (Tony) of Colby, KS; and his siblings, Terry Balthazor of Columbia, MO and Paula Prochazka of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
