He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Reid and Ruth Baxter (Blauer); and his brother Rudy Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Diane Baxter of Stockton, KS; his children, Cash Baxter of Stockton, KS, Jean Rohr (Mike) of Russell, KS, Matthew Baxter of Stockton, KS, Chauncey Baxter (Staci) of Salina, KS and Michael Baxter (Jackie) of Hays, KS; his brother Steve Baxter (Cheryl) of Stockton, KS; and his grandchildren, Aidan Rohr, Mason Rohr, Hailey Baxter, Dylan Baxter, Slayde Baxter, Jackson Tanner, Kynadee Tanner, Eli Baxter and Lily Baxter.
