He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Richard and Marie Richard (Stacey); and his brothers, Don Julian Richard and Patrick Henry Richard. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gigstad Richard; his daughters, Melissa Ribeiro of Woodbury, Minnesota, Mitzi Edwards (Matt) of Spring Hill, Kansas and Renee Riedel (Kyle) of Lindsborg, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Logan Ribeiro, Maverick Marshall, Monet Edwards, Maggie, Roxy and Mason Riedel.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blue Valley Church (8925 W 151st St, Overland Park, KS 66221).
