He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. McCorkendale and Hazel M. McCorkendale; his wife Norma Jean; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Clanton (Brett) and Daryl McCorkendale (Dawn); his grandchildren, Bailey Clanton, Jullian McCorkendale, Cole Clanton (Allyson), Dallas McCorkendale and Cameron McCorkendale (Ryan Tucker); his great grandchild Crue; and his brothers, Billie "Squirt" McCorkendale (Myra Jean) and Richard McCorkendale.
