It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Barker of Sterling, Kansas, born in Campo, Colorado, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Loomis and Phoebe Koblitz Loomis; her spouse Lee "Roy" Barker; her sons, Garry Barker and Gregg Barker; and her siblings, Duane Loomis and Ester Jones.

She is survived by: her son Terry Barker of Sterling, KS; her brother Eugene Loomis (Katy); her grandchildren, Heather Beard (Chris) of Edmond, OK, Audra Klink (Jeremy) of Norman, OK, Megan Pearson of Norman, OK, Nick Inman (Stephanie) of Madison, WI and Mia Barker (Joe Showalter); and her great grandchildren, Alexia Pearson, Katelyn Pearson, Corwyn Beard, Maryn Beard, Allasyn Beard, Ella Klink and Layla Inman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Memorials may be given to the Sterling Public Library in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
